*  Create a list of features that makes your home competitive with other 
    properties on the market
*  Make a list of recent improvements and/or repairs
*  Make a list of any personal property that will remain with property
    (example: refrigerator, range, washer, dryer)
*  Locate past appraisal and/or survey
*  Locate any warrantyor documents for items that will be conveyed to the 
    new owners
